What Is Comfortable?

Being comfortable can mean many different things. In some cultures, comfort implies a state of pain or suffering that needs to be alleviated. It is also synonymous with consolation or solace. Sometimes, comfort also means physical comfort, and this is true for people who are not in an uncomfortable state.
